Although our main feature is the creation of Vault manually managed by a user/group, Magnety also provides strategy aggregator vaults with automated yield generation on many different crypto assets.

These Vaults have been inspired by Yearn Finance protocol, a major player and pioneer in DeFi and on-chain strategy building. The idea is to maximize yield through shifting capital, auto-compounding, and rebalancing strategies. Build a Strategy

As a member of the Magnety DAO, everyone is free to build a strategy for a Vault and propose it to the whole DAO. Here is the process :

• We will provide a “base” contract to create strategies.
• You are free to use any DeFi protocols (DeFi aggregation is especially for manual vaults).
• You can only set management & performance fees (you’ll perceive 10% of these as a strategy creator).
• The strategy must be specific to an asset, if you need Eth at the beginning, there should have Eth at the end (to ensure the rebalancing of Eth in the strategy).
• The contract can be proposed to the DAO as a strategy for a specific asset.
• The strategy is first reviewed (code, security, concept & test).
• The strategy will be integrated into the concerned Vault if the request is accepted.

Strategy aggregators

• A vault manager is required for every MgtyVault, he will have to oversee the strategies’ performance and make everything to improve the capital management or act on critical situations.

• Keepers & tasks will be used to ensure optimal returns and manage capital shifting between the reserve and the strategy holdings. It will automatize the purchase of new underlying collateral by selling the earned tokens while moving the profits back to the vault and later into strategies activity.
